Interview Process
A New Beginning Senior Consultant will set up and conduct an interview with the senior and/or family members once our online Profile Questionaire has been recieved and reviewed. When applicable, we review medical charts and health care professionals to determine appropriate care needs and housing options.

Following the client’s evaluation, our senior consultant contacts potential facilities for availability. Once availability is determined, the senior and or family member will be given a list or facilities to tour. The senior and/or family member then visits each facility to make their selection. Our consultant will assist you with the entire process to ensure a smooth transition.
