Independent Retirement Communities:

Active adult community offer private apartments with full kitchens designed for the independent senior. Amenities may include restaurant style dining, daily scheduled activities, housekeeping, linen services, utilities, emergency response systems, hair salons/spas, and transportation.

Assisted Living Communities:

Assisted Living communities provide supportive services tailored to each resident’s needs. Most communities offer studios to 1–2-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Amenities may include chef prepared meals, restaurant style dining, bistros, emergency response systems, hair salons, housekeeping, linen services, utilities, library/computer rooms, fitness centers, well designed planned activities, exercise and social events which cater to seniors. Chauffeured transportation to medical appointments.

Residential Care Homes:

Residential care homes offer all the comforts of a home. Typically licensed for 6 residents with one of two care givers on staff. This provides the highest staff ratio of care to each resident. Assistance with medications, dressing, bathing, and incontinence care are provided. Accommodations are private or shared rooms, furnished or unfurnished, cable, housekeeping, laundry/linen services, home cooked meals in a family home-like environment. Residential care homes are licensed and regulated by the Department of Social Service.

Memory Care Communities:

Memory care communities provide a safe environment for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and dementia. These communities have unique designs including alarms and secure doors to prevent residents with extra care and patience they may need. These communities offer engaging, life-enriching programs to enhance quality of life.
